The 2020 Election: Uncomfortable Chickens Coming Home to Roost
A media onslaught, lawfare, and an “opposition party” who couldn’t care less prevented questions from being asked or answers made public. A few never stopped, and have some significant findings.

Money, war, religion, markets, geopolitics, social dynamics, the human condition, and societal implications. As everyone with a platform spends their time hyperfocused on single issues that draw you in, this is my attempt to step back to show the larger picture (and potential implications or concerns).
The ever-changing media cycle seems built to give us the attention spans of fruit flies - but there are issues that we should take the time to focus on and understand.
These are those issues.

Introduction: Rasmussen & the Public Always Knew
Many Americans have finally come to terms with the fact that when the US media calls something a “baseless conspiracy theory,” more often than not it’s something that is absolutely true but bad for their preferred narrative.
As I like to say, when the lying liars who lie a lot all lock arms to push the same concerted message, it should be the reddest of red flags that you’re being lied to.
Quite of few of the things that they call “baseless conspiracy theories” have their proofs available through open source means or simple common sense deduction, so the media’s choice is to simply not look for that evidence, create “straw man arguments” to deflect & obfuscate, and push their rewriting of reality with such force and concerted effort that attention is diverted.
The Availability Heuristic of behavioral economics leads the human brain (that isn’t aware of this tactic) to conserve calorie expenditures by skipping the logic processing centers and assume/believe that if all of the media is saying the same thing across the spectrum, then it must be true.
For a strong backup to that heuristic, the Appeals to Authority (see: Milgram Experiment) also aid their push to deflect Americans from learning truths that may be harmful to the preferred narratives.
https://www.simplypsychology.org/milgram.html
Finding scapegoats and building media firing squads all around them to place all narrative blame on a single person or a small group (othering) is a time-tested tactic of theirs as well - but it’s finally lost much of its steam as people lost trust in these people/networks/outlets.
What we’re going to cover today was the most verboten of topics to even mention for 4 years in the USA, even though the underlying facts were always true and open-source, had been talked about and featured in documentaries and the media for many year prior, but suddenly became “PROOF THAT YOU’RE PART OF AN INSURRECTION!” if mentioned in person, on line, or in the media for that window of time.
Lawyers who dared do any lawyering or even provide legal counsel on this issue were attacked, jailed, had their law licenses removed or threatened across the country, and a Color Revolution book author even helped build an NGO created to launch lawfare attacks against them (The 65 Project).
Regular everyday citizens who talked about it were fired, debanked, censored, blacklisted, or booted off of social media entirely.
The media tried to falsely tie questions about the election to January 6th, but the greater public is starting to realize that even that event and its false representation by the US media and DC politicians was narrative creation at best, or a nefarious operation by political dark operatives at worst.
We will go through what was actually happening just minutes before Capitol Police ushered legislators out of the building that morning, and if one is wise enough to ask the age-old question of wisdom (cui bono - who benefits?) you may have a totally different view of that day’s events (and what they stopped from happening) than you do already.
Despite all of the attacks listed above and the Eye of Sauron seeking to find & destroy anyone who dared question the preferred narrative, there were a few brave souls and organizations who never stopped pushing, investigating, looking, and demanding light be shone on what actually transpired.
No, none of them were elected GOP politicians who pretended like they were demanding answers when it came time for fundraising campaigns. In fact, those who said they wanted transparency when it could help them raise money or gain “street cred” among their constituents totally ignored the pleas for help from the people who were actually working to bring it.
The largest organization that I know of who never stopped asking questions about 2020 was Rasmussen Polling.
As an industry, political polling has largely become nothing more than propaganda. We’ve seen several of the big polling outlets fold up shop already in 2025.
I’m curious if there is a connection between the Harris campaign insiders admitting they never had her polling ahead, despite every major MSM preferred polling outlet putting her ahead, sometimes significantly, during the campaign.
The industry absolutely hates Rasmussen because they are accurate, and because they ask questions and provide the data that the MSM, DC politicos, and progressives don’t want asked in a legitimate poll, as the answers go against their preferred narratives.
In reality, progressives do not make up a large part of the American electorate, but they make up an enormous part of the MSM, academia, NGOs, and DC political player populations (of both “sides of the aisle”).
When Rasmussen asks questions that these groups do not want asked across a large sample size of the American public, it gives away the game: most Americans do not want, or like, the progressive policies that DC constantly implements.
President Trump’s approval rating is currently sitting at 52% (an all-time high that keeps increasing), and the Democrat party dropped to 26% today, based largely on his championing of “80/20 issues.”
This also bears out the reality that the greater American population, DC, and the media could not be further apart in terms of how they want the country to be run.
DC and the media have largely been the only champions of things like unfettered immigration, no voter ID, the trans lobby & men playing in girl’s sports, and many other issues.
Ever since the 2020 election, Rasmussen has been conducting polling of the American public to ask how many of them believed that there was fraud involved.
The majority has always responded that they believed there was at least some fraud. The share of respondents who believe there was at least some fraud grew throughout the Biden administration, as did the level of fraud they believed was involved.
Those responding to Rasmussen’s polls divulged these beliefs despite the threats, wailing, and gnashing of teeth from the media and DC against anyone who dared even mention it.
Which, if we’re being honest, should have been an enormous “tell” in and of itself.
It was a recent interview that I watched done by Rasmussen Polling with another brave soul who never stopped digging, investigating, and filing lawsuits regarding the 2020 election that really perked my ears up for this.
I will include that interview link with Peter Bernegger below, as well as some others.
Something that I have been trying to teach our readers and listeners since we started this Shitshow Macro journey together is starting to occur within this domain, and I personally believe that it’s a signal.
When the media is launching a propaganda campaign, they will all push the same exact concerted narrative, and many times you’ll even see the same exact keywords and phrases used across articles, broadcasts, and politicians’ sound bites.
However, when legitimate information is starting to bubble to the surface, one thing that can often be seen is the same sort of information beginning to creep out from disparate and separate places, often through different investigations from unconnected people, but all pointing in the same direction.
The same requirement of science for something to progress from a theory to a proof holds true in investigations: if it can be replicated by outsiders through different lines of investigation, there is certainly a “there there.”
That is happening that I often consider to be a significant signal that something that has been simmering is about to boil over, and it is occuring in this domain right now, from multiple points and people.
The bigger question, unfortunately, is whether anything will be done about it. That’s a question to ask/answer later, because the implications of the things that we’re about to go over are enormous, and the “fix” would have to be something that I don’t believe we’ve ever even dealt with in this nation.
Before we get to the “what now,” we must begin with the “what.”
So let’s do that.
The Straw Man: Always a Dead Giveaway
If you don’t know what the term “straw man” means, you should. It is one of the most oft-used tactics by progressives and bad faith actors when they are trying to lie and pretend their argument is valid and/or virtuous.
It’s a simple obfuscation tactic, and when it’s pulled on unsuspecting debaters, or on those who allow themselves to become so emotionally invested that they lose sight of their logic, it can be incredibly effective.
From a formulaic perspective, it rolls out like this:
Person trying to make a point: “I believe that A means B.”
Bad faith actor using a straw man: “So what you’re saying is that C is just like Z? You’re a [insert derogatory -ism du jour].”
When the counterpoint obfuscates the discussion to a similar but different pathway, it can be slight enough that the other person involved doesn’t even see the diversion, when dealing with a skilled obfuscator.
This approach has been used ad nauseum by the media and elected politicians since November 2020, including the confirmation hearings for some of Trump’s current cabinet picks.
In the most oft-used version, they will finagle the different terms for election fraud, choosing tactically to use “fraud,” “rigged,” “stolen,” or another version to try to hem the respondent into something different than what they have actually said or believe.
In a previous post, we shared the interview between Tim Pool and Mike Cernovich where they outlined the many tools that are used to completely derail conversations when parts of the public are getting too close to uncomfortable truths.
Their discussion centered around Epstein and PizzaGate, but we’ve seen similar things happen on myriad topics over the years.
If you missed that interview, this is where rational observers have often noticed that inflammatory interlocutors will jump into sane conversations seeking answers to throw out insane theories and incendiary words that the media or elected reps will lock onto & put all of their focus on to turn those asking questions into something that can be ridiculed.
Whether those incendiary interlocutors pop up or not, sometimes the media or politicians will make up their own ridiculously batshit versions of what is actually being asked, pushing their own ridiculous versions so often and with such repetition that they hope the public will simply believe it is an accurate version of the original inquiry.
I had a version of this happen to me from a journalist. They published a piece that used the [literary insertion tool] to assign the worst possible intent to something that I said by inserting their own words into my comments the first time they mentioned it.
Every subsequent time they referenced that phrase, they dropped the [literary insertion tool] and pretended that it’s what I had actually said - even though it was their own assertion and insertion of both words & intent.
They went ballistic when they were called out for it, because progressive projection really is a thing, and they hate being called out for it like a vampire hates sunlight or garlic.
It takes a keen eye to notice these things in real time, but once you notice them, you will find that the media is replete with them.
Someone makes a comment or presents an argument/thought in good faith, and it will be hijacked and met with a straw man argument from bad faith actors in an attempt to derail the original line of inquiry or to ridicule the person who thinks they are having a good faith discussion.
Questions about the 2020 election were hit with these tactics en masse, and most people were totally unaware of it, or why it was being done.
“I believe there are things we should look at with the anomalies in the 2020 voting data.”
Was often met with bad faith straw man retorts like:
“Oh, so you’re one of those Qanon people?”
“So you believe that story about a special ops team raiding servers in Germany?”
“Are you one of those kooks who believe the debunked conspiracy theories about the voting machines?”
Or, one of the more common ones that we saw:
“If you dare question the sanctity of our elections you are a threat to our sacred democracy.”
It does not matter what the conversation, or question, or topic is: if you see this tactic being implemented, where the retort does not actually deal with the original question asked or comment made, be aware that the other person or party is attempting to derail the topic at hand completely.
Once you see and understand that this is a tactic, you will likely begin to see it implemented by bad faith actors everywhere.
Known Vulnerabilities (Pre-2020) to “Safest Election in History” (2020), Back to Vulnerable (2024)
One of the most darkly humorous and forehead-slapping aspects of this whole switcheroo for those of us with working memories was just how much of the past they were able to erase from the public consciousness, and how quickly they were able to do it.
Before the 2020 election, there were numerous documentaries made by filmmakers loved by the left, articles written in progressive publications, and plenty of conversations about the massive vulnerabilities that existed within the US elections systems, when run by machines.
The annual hacker’s conference in Las Vegas has run a contest every year for many years in which they bring in the actual voting machines used in the USA and see who can hack them the quickest.
The most amazing one that I’ve seen was someone who figured out how to do it with a writing pen and nothing more.
Beyond a conference, the documentary Kill Chain follows a long-time and well known “ethical hacker” who shows just how easy it is to buy the same exact voting machines used in the USA on the private market, so that someone can take it home and spend as much time as they want to tinker and figure out how it can be hacked (that’s what the screenshot below shows him doing).
https://www.amazon.com/Kill-Chain-Cyber-Americas-Elections/dp/B0866GTGDJ
This Wired article on the documentary was published in March 2020, before the memo went out that the media wasn’t allowed to talk about voting machine vulnerabilities:
https://www.wired.com/story/hbo-kill-chain-election-security/
There are other articles published across major US media outlets from across the political spectrum that were published about the vulnerabilities in our elections system when Kill Chain was released.
Many of them are still available online, but the greater public forgot about those questions when Biden “won” and it became verboten to bring up those questions that had been raised in early and mid-2020, as well as the previous years.
If you want to go back a little bit further in the wayback machine to see how long these questions had been raised before 2020, here’s a clip of a segment of Lou Dobbs from 2006 questioning the vulnerable nature of the voting machines used in US elections:
Lou Dobbs 2006 news segment about Smartmatic & Dominion
https://x.com/EmeraldRobinson/status/1886830078006358385
Lou Dobbs was quickly fired by Fox News for daring to remember that these questions had not been answered, and nothing had been fixed. I guess he didn’t get the memo that it was suddenly verboten to mention it the moment that Biden was named as the winner.
2006 was the year that Lou Dobbs started asking these questions because something very interesting had happened in Chicago’s elections.
An event that was written about publicly in newspapers in Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles, and even by the AP in 2006 would be labeled as a “baseless conspiracy theory” by those same media outlets and many others if they dared be brought up in 2020.
So let’s talk about those articles, and what they covered.
Another “Baseless Conspiracy Theory” That Was Always Factual (but inconvenient)
In 2006, Smartmatic, through its subsidiary Sequoia Voting Systems, supplied voting machines for the March primary election in Cook County and Chicago.
We will get into the murky corporate structure, foreign trusts, and difficult to untangle octopus of who supplied the source code that ran these machines in the below sections.
The Chicago elections officials reportedly faced technical difficulties with the machines, leading to delays and scrutiny.
The incident sparked investigations and public debate about foreign involvement in U.S. elections, due to several important aspects of who owned the machine companies, really, which may have been sparked by an important part that is glossed over in several of the following articles that discussed it:
https://www.chicagotribune.com/2006/10/29/us-investigates-voting-machine-maker/
https://www.chicagotribune.com/2006/04/27/voting-machine-maker-on-defense/
https://www.miamiherald.com/news/nation-world/world/americas/venezuela/article291916525.html
While a paywall prevents me from sharing the link to the Los Angeles Times article that covered what should have been a major question in 2020, but was obfuscated, deflected, erased from the public consciousness, and verboten to mention, I will share the details of who wrote it so that you can have a look for yourself if you would like the receipts.
On June 3, 2006, the Los Angeles Times published an article by Marc Lifsher titled “Ballot Firm’s Ties to Venezuela Criticized.”
In that article, it’s reported that Chicago Alderman Edward Burke expressed concern about Venezuelan technicians and engineers being present in Chicago’s tabulating rooms on election night during the March 2006 primary, assisting local election officials with Sequoia Voting Systems’ machines (owned by Smartmatic at the time).
Sequoia President Jack Blaine confirmed they were there to help due to officials’ unfamiliarity with the new technology.
This will an important point that will be referenced in different ways, by different people, again, so let’s drive the point home: the Chicago elections officials were unfamiliar with the voting machines, so technicians from the voting machine company had to be flown to Chicago, from Venezuela, to help them run that election in Chicago (Chicago is in the United States, in case that was unclear, but Venezuela is not).
If you have a working memory, you may remember that suddenly in 2020 it was considered a baseless conspiracy theory to talk about the election machines and any potential ownership/management/creation/hosting from/by/through/with a foreign nation.
Even though the same US media had published stories about it in 2006.
Lou Dobbs, who had asked these questions on his program in 2006, was fired by Fox News for asking the same questions again in 2020.
Weird, huh?
Again, this is open source, the articles linked above are still up, and the LA Times article can be read if you pay to do so.
You can watch the original Lou Dobbs clip that aired in 2006 that is linked above.
Are we supposed to believe that the entirety of the US media, social media platform “fact checkers,” Intelligence Community, and DC officials could not find these things from 2006, that I was able to find with a simple search?
Or were they lying?
If they were lying, why were they lying about something that anyone could have looked up and found?
I’ve shared threads & deep dives by “Bad Kitty” (@pepesgrandma ) on the X platform before, and she dug up some pretty good ones on this topic as well.
Here’s a thread where she provides documents showing that the NIST agency within the USGOV knew in 2008 that Venezuelan Smartmatic still owned and maintained the voting machine software that was being used in US elections:
https://x.com/pepesgrandma/status/1662343554256052224
Here’s another thread of hers that goes into the forced sales, with receipts, to escape a Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) investigation into the foreign ownership (Venezuelan) of US voting machines.
There will be more on this in a later section:
https://x.com/pepesgrandma/status/1822636588050059528
So Chicago knew about it, the US media knew about it, NIST, CFIUS, and many other USGOV orgs knew about it…but they all forgot in 2020?
We’re really supposed to believe that. People and media organizations were sued for saying versions of this, and we’ll get into some aspects of those lawsuits that most are not aware of below.
Foreign creation, management, and ownership of the source code used for US elections is bad enough, and the “fallback” excuse for many is that the company was sold to a small, relatively unknown and inexperienced (at the time) Canadian company called Dominion.
Canada is also not in the USA, for those keeping score, but it is better than Venezuela under Hugo Chavez (when Smartmatic was created) or Nicolas Maduro (in charge now).
But did anything really change besides the name of the company that was on the label?
As I said in the intro, I consider it a significant signal when the same topics begin to bubble up from different and disconnected sources and people. What we will cover next is one part of that, from someone that I happen to know is exactly who he says he is, and is about as well-vetted as one can get.
Former CIA Officer Gary Bernsten on Foreign Involvement in US Elections
Whenever I see someone touted in the media or especially on social media as a “super secret former CIA officer spilling the beans,” I generally write it off immediately because it is often horse pockey on numerous levels.
The horse pockey aspect can either apply to who they actually are, or what they are saying, or both.
When I first came across this video, the verbiage was close enough to that to make me immediately write it off and move past it. That was my bad, because it turned out to be a sort of legend in the community who I know a decent amount about.
If you’ve read the book Horse Soldiers (which I’ve shared previously) or watched the Hollywood version of it 12 Strong, you probably know about Gary Bernsten without knowing that you do.
Gary was the team lead for Operation Jawbreaker, the CIA’s paramilitary team that went into Afghanistan directly after 9/11, before the 5th Special Forces Group ODAs even arrived in theatre. My connection to Gary is through a mutual friend, who is his ghostwriter.
If you want to know a whole lot of details about that operation that did not get included in Horse Soldiers or 12 Strong, I highly recommend you read my friend’s book about it, Jawbreaker:
https://www.amazon.com/Jawbreaker-Al-Qaeda-Personal-Account-Commander/dp/0307351068/
To go off on a tad of a personal tangent (briefly), this mutual friendship is one of the many reasons that this topic makes me want to see accountability for many on a level that most Americans do not.
I mentioned the media “firing squad” around scapegoats when they want to derail discussions, and I was one of those within this domain (falsely tying me to J6, to derail the greater question of the 2020 election).
When they started to do that, I had to distance myself from a lot of friends and acquaintances of mine, lest they get dragged into the mire of lies created by the media, J6 committee, DC, et al.
Ralph (the author of the book above), was one of those acquaintances. He’s a famous author with multiple NYT bestsellers, the go-to ghostwriter for JSOC, the FBI, the CIA, and other USGOV entities, as well as a Hollywood screenwriter.
He and I used to meet for lunch near his office quite often. I was a writer seeking his advice and counsel, we had some interesting connections and friends, and both of us enjoyed the opportunity to speak with others who shared our feelings about the world in Los Angeles, a place in which there aren’t many who share our views.
I self-censored that relationship, and many others, out of fear that if some douchebag from the LA Times or another progressive outlet caught a picture of Ralph and I together, he’d get blacklisted.
I was invited to other significant national events that I had to turn down for the same fears, including the RFK Jr announcement event that he was running for President.
And other invitations from an old friend who is now a Special Operations flag officer.
Take a moment to really understand and consider that - having to distance yourself from old friends and turn down invitations due to the malicious lies spewed by the media and January 6th Committee, for fear that they and the brainwashed zealot trolls who still believe them would ruin the careers of your friends if a picture of you together was discovered.
All over total, fraudulent lies told by the absolute dregs of our society.
Ok, I’m getting off of my personal diatribe now and back to the point.
As it turns out, my friend Ralph decided to jump into the fire with both feet on his own, as the video below by Gary will outline. God bless him for that…I always knew we were sympatico on the important things.
I will share the link to Gary’s video below, and I highly suggest you watch it. It’s only <17 minutes long, and he covers the following things in great detail.
According to Gary:
After Jawbreaker he worked on the Agency’s anti-Hezbollah desk
From there, he was assigned to investigate the Cartel del Sol, the world’s largest transnational narcoterrorism group
The Cartel del Sol is the Venezuelan government
If this sounds crazy to you, please remember why the USMIL raided and the DOJ indicted former Panamanian President Noriega
And, of course, which foreign government controls Hezbollah (Iran), another transnational narco and terrorist organization
The USGOV currently has a $15mm bounty out for Maduro, the VZ President, and has some of his lieutenants who have been extradited to the US and are awaiting trial
Looking into Cartel del Sol, they found links to Smartmatic, a company created under and to throw the Venezuelan elections for Hugo Chavez
They had so much success at home that Cartel del Sol exported their new “toys” globally
Other links below will cover the arrested election machine company execs who helped throw the elections in the Philippines and were indicted by the DOJ in Florida in 2024
Others below will show the USAID links to the company in Serbia, which will have other connections
After the 2020 election shenanigans here, the task force began looking into their control of US elections
The things the media & elected reps called “baseless conspiracy theories” that Gary says are true:
Venezuelan machine source code in US swing state machines
Machines built in China, falsely slapped with labels to say they were made in Taiwan (which is also not in the USA)
US election swing state data resides on servers in Serbia, China, and Venezuela (none of which are in the USA), on Huawei (Chinese-owned) servers:
Lawyer Stephanie Lamberth, who was representing some of those sued by Dominion and Smartmatic, received discovery proving that workers in Serbia were accessing our elections machines in real time during the election, which is another confirmation of Gary’s attestations here.
The judge sealed those records, but Stephanie leaked them because she felt the US voting public deserve to know; nothing has been done about it, and the media won’t mention it.
Here’s another thread by Bad Kitty (pepesgrandma) that include the posts from Lamberth about what she found, receipts of Dominion in Serbia, that Lamberth submitted the docs in court and to law enforcement, and that they arrested her for doing so:
According to Gary, in order to address the public outcry about election irregularities after the 2020 election, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency (CISA, a part of DHS) that is tasked with protecting US elections, held a Zoom call with Dominion and Smartmatic for guidance.
Gary says that his team briefed the Fox News trial attorneys before their massive settlement with Dominion, but Fox chose to settle anyway, and their corporate offices refused to hear the briefing
Gary says that he also briefed the Newsmax general counsel, who also settled
Here is Gary’s video:

Here is the website where he says people can find everything that they’ve found:

If all of this sounds like too much to believe, let’s have a quick look at a letter that was released by John Ratcliffe when he was the ODNI during the 1st Trump administration on this topic.
DNI Ratcliffe’s Letter that China Had Interfered in US Elections, CIA Covered It up, Released 1/7/2021
You may or may not remember, but as ODNI, John Ratcliffe was tasked to look into the 2020 election. His report was due back by December 2020, but it was not released until January of 2021.
What date, exactly, was it released?
January 7th, the day after January 6th.
The reason that was given for the delay, by Ratcliffe himself, was that the CIA had delayed the report and attempted to cover up a significant finding, one which aligns with Gary’s video above and other things that we’ll get into below.
What was the CIA attempting to cover up, specifically?
The finding by the other Intelligence Community investigators that China had, in fact, interfered with our 2020 election.
Which is interesting, given that the CIA was also caught covering up China’s involvement in the COVID lab leak from Wuhan.
Weird, huh?
As usual, don’t take my word for it, read Ratcliffe’s letter via the link below:
How 2020 Was Stolen & 2024 Was Prevented
Peter Bernegger in Wisconsin
Like several of the topics that we’ve covered, many nefarious plots are often purposely convoluted and difficult to untangle because there are false leads, multiple players, webs of shell companies and NGOs, brick walls/black holes of info that investigators run into, crazy people, and pushback at multiple levels.
One of the media’s straw man arguments was always “there’s no evidence of fraud that impacted the election at the national level.”
This one was repeated by former AG Bill Barr, who despite his attestations to the media that he had thoroughly investigated the claims of 2020 election fraud and found nothing, subsequent FOIA requests found zero actual investigations even opened to look into it.
Former spook Tony Schaffer (@T_S_P_O_O_K_Y on X) says that Barr specifically threatened him to “stand down” on his own investigations that were bearing fruit, in a timely manner in which something could have mattered.
A US Attorney said that Barr also told him to stand down on his own investigations.
The USPS Postmaster who just resigned has ignored 2 different judge’s orders to turn over the documents showing who specifically paid for trucks that were identified as likely carrying millions of fraudulent ballots in 2020.
40,000 affidavits were delivered to Governor Kemp’s office (Georgia) by voters and election workers attesting that they had witnessed fraud in the election. Kemp, Raffensberger, and the Georgia election officials refused to do anything about it, choosing instead to go all-in on the “find me the votes” phone call hoax.
Voters in Arizona attested to numerous issues that they witnessed during the election, and the election officials there have only further destroyed their credibility with each subsequent election, statement, and hearing since. Tens of thousands of affidavits, video testimonials, and even publicly-released videos from voters, election workers, and audit volunteers in that state also fell on deaf ears.
The Secretary of State in Colorado ordered elections officials to install a new version of the voting software not very long after the election. The woman in charge of elections for Mesa County, Colorado, knew that was illegal given that the law requires elections records & equipment to be maintained for 2 years, and installing new software can overwrite the old.
She had a consultant make a copy before the update was installed, and it showed the records after the install did not match the original ones. She was jailed for ensuring the law was followed, and for finding evidence of chicanery. She is still in jail, although the DOJ filed a “motion of interest” in her case after Trump entered office this year.
It can be incredibly difficult for people to understand, not just because of the media’s propaganda and fierce pushback (not to mention the lawfare from Biden’s DOJ & the Norm Eisen-linked NGO), but because there are so many elements and types of fraud that it can be hard to determine exactly which transpired where.
To get a clearer picture, sometimes it is easier to bring the sight picture in and focus on one area or aspect specifically, to understand the larger con at the national level.
That is exactly what Peter Bernegger has been doing in Wisconsin since 2020, with zero help from the local or national GOP who people would like to think were helping.
Hey, didn’t Ronna McDaniel raise millions of dollars from GOP donors to look into this?
Peter gave an interview to Rasmussen Polling recently - again, the only pollster who has been on this question since the 2020 election, and who has been the largest platform that I know of who never stopped pushing this issue.
This interview and video are longer than Gary Bernsten’s above, but if you want to know some of the ways in which it was done, specifically in Wisconsin, it goes into great detail.
Some of the things that Peter claims he has uncovered through his lawsuits, depositions, and investigations in Wisconsin are:
How the smurfing (money laundering for political campaign donations) works
That he says it is used to a significant degree by the Democrat platform ActBlue, but also the GOP platform WinRed
That their lawsuits in Wisconsin uncovered the SOS office was printing extra ballots for 2 weeks before the 2020 election
The Zuckerbucks donations that hired NGOs who basically overtook the elections systems and officials in the state (other investigations by totally unconnected people have found this as well)
The elections officials in 2020 shut down the counting at the same time as the other swing states (11pm), sent the required vote observers home, received a massive truckload of ballots beyond the legal time to do so, and resumed counting with no observers present with ballots that didn’t have the legally required chain of custody
He acquired an email through their lawsuits that was sent the next morning, congratulating the elections officials for “delivering” just margin of victory that was needed for Biden to “win”
He acquired testimony through depositions of elections officials that destroys the media and CISA’s claims that it was the “safest election in history”
The seals were broken on 13 elections machines in 2024, rendering legally unusable, but they were used anyway, and GOP lawyers hadn’t even bothered to go on sight until the evening of voting
He had to hire his own licensed PIs to monitor elections and other sites in 2024, with no help from the national or state GOP
Elections officials in that state are legally required to give the exact number of “mail-in ballots” they have received by 8pm.
He had to have lawyers demand the number, which officials initially refused to give, but finally demurred. By forcing them to give the number, and having licensed PIs watching the known sites to “find” new ballots needed, they prevented the famed “2am ballot dump.”
It’s a long interview and has far more detail than the bullet points provide, and is certainly worth the watch.
If you are one of the majority of the voting American public who, per Rasmussen’s polling has always felt like there was chicanery involved in the 2020 election, I highly suggest you watch it and listen to Peter’s accounting of what happened, how they figured out what happened, and how they were prevented from doing it in 2024:
Emerald Robinson
Former OAN and Newsmax White House correspondent Emerald Robinson has been methodically adding to a thread on the X platform since January of this year that has been gaining a lot of attention, and is worth reading.
Understanding the difficulty it can be to wrap one’s mind around the scale of this issue and the many ways that the fraud was conducted, she’s been doing it slowly, methodically, and in simple bits so that people can understand the play-by-play.
According to Emerald, this information started coming to her in late 2020, and has continued in the years since, from a dozen different sources (while she doesn’t name him directly, it seems Gary Bernsten one of his team are at least one of those sources).
I will link the thread below, and I highly suggest everyone read each post that it contains. It’s up to 90 posts at this point, but it’s the best all-in-one-place rendition that I’ve seen so far that is easy to digest.
Many of these things were briefed to GOP Senators, Congressmen, law enforcement, US Attorneys, IC members, lawyers, and White House staff team members when there was time that they could have done something in 2020.
None of them did anything with the information.
Some of those who briefed this info to members of Federal law enforcement and the USGOV when there was time to act in 2020 were given warnings that they would be in danger if they got too loud about what they knew, which is something also attested to by Gary and others.
The media and DC politicos will claim that many of the things Emerald outlines are “baseless conspiracy theories,” although many of them have open source videos, legal filings, depositions, public leaks, and other records that can be found to back them up, available to anyone who takes the time to look.
Can’t find something that goes against the preferred narrative if you never look for it, though!
There were people who tried to and others who actually did brief this information to Trump when he was still in office in late 2020 & early 2021. Many of them were rebuked by WH counsel Pat Cippolone, who now works for former AG Bill Barr’s law firm, according to Emerald.
Although the entire thread is great and everyone should read it, there are some crucial aspects of it concerning January 6th, and what happened before/after, that were successfully “memory holed” by the media, DC at large, and January 6th Committee.
On the morning of January 6th, 2021, nearly 100 House Republicans and more than 12 GOP Senators were ready to object to the election results in Congress.
They were on the floor, lined up in the alphabetical order of their states, and in the process of stating their objections with the support of their state legislators back in their home states who also wanted to look into the numerous anomalies that had occurred.
The media and DC’s obfuscation of this was immediate and in the time since they have falsely pinned the narrative that those legislators “wanted to overturn the election.”
But that was not what they were doing, or what they were requesting.
All that they were lined up and asking to do was to get time to look at the anomalies. If Trump had lost fair and square, that was the end of it.
But there were so many anomalies, and unanswered questions, and oddities in so many precincts and other locations that this Constitutionally-determined number of elected officials, at both the Federal and State level, were asking for 2 weeks to look into them.
They were asking VP Pence to delay certifying and provide more time.
The “hanging chad” scenario in the 2000 Bush v Gore election had been afforded more time to investigate. The fiasco in Hawaii had ended with separate slates of electors being sent at the same time in JFK’s election, and there were many other things with past analogs that were suddenly presented as illegal and novel in 2021 and the time since.
The media and DC loudly claimed that VP Pence did not have the authority to delay certification in the first place. Yet shortly after Biden took office, Congress changed the 1887 Electoral Act to remove that authority from the VP that they claimed he never held in the first place.
Mmmmkay.
As those nearly 100 GOP Congressmen and over a dozen GOP Senators were lined up, in state alphabetical order, to ask for a 2-week extension on the certification, something happened.
Let’s keep in mind that they were doing precisely what Trump, and the entirety of Trump’s voting base, wanted.
Asking for more time to investigate the anomalies.
Nothing more, nothing less.
There are videos that exist of them lined up and doing this. They had actually made it through a few states who were being called out by state, and voicing their state’s desire for more time.
Yet less than 10 minutes before the official request to hold a vote on the matter, Capitol Police rushed in, claimed that the Capitol was about to be breached, and ushered the lawmakers out.
It’s crucial to remember something here: at that time, Trump was still speaking at the Ellipse in DC.
The people who had flown from across the country to listen to him speak, legitimately, were still there listening to him speak.
And yet while he was still speaking, a group of people who the media & DOJ called Trump supporters, who were not listening to Trump speak, were rushing the Capitol, and interrupting the very thing that both Trump and his legitimate supporters wanted to happen.
A 2-week extension to investigate the myriad election anomalies that had occurred.
There are so many questionable occurrences surrounding the J6 riot that going into them will get us pulled too far off topic and will only confuse the topic at hand for this post.
I’ve shared the DOJ IG report, Loudermilk report, and various documentaries previously that raise many questions about the “official narrative” for what transpired that day, and why the FBI/DOJ were so utterly unconcerned with people who seemed to be principal players involved and other agents provocateurs.
Many Americans forgot, or never noticed, that Congress reconvened that same evening.
Yes, despite an event that the media and politicos called “worse than Pearl Harbor and 9-11 combined,” Congress reconvened that very same night in the Capitol building.
When they did reconvene, however, Nancy Pelosi insisted that it be done under “emergency rules.”
Under “emergency rules,” she did not have to reopen under the same session that had begun that morning.
In fact, there are videos in the public domain that show some of those members who had been asking for a 2-week extension arguing with Pelosi about continuing the request for an extension, and her ignoring their concerns totally. This was before the other video in the public domain was found that many online called Pence receiving his “two pieces of silver.”
That is not subjective or hyperbole. A member walked up to Pence after he ignored the objections and certified, under “emergency rules,” and handed him a silver coin.
So the state legislators, who by the US Constitution are supposed to be the final say in elections, had their voices, votes, and wish for a 2-week extension to investigate the anomalies totally hijacked by J6 and the “emergency rules.”
The 2020 election rules had all been changed in advance by entities other than those state legislators, who are the only ones legally allowed to do so, but nobody was allowed to push back against that because COVID was the super virus that was going to wipe out humanity…but in reality had an IFR that was many times lower than what the media and “experts” told the public (see: lied about).
The legitimate Trump voters and supporters who had been at the Ellipse listening to Trump speak had their voices, votes, and wishes totally hijacked by a mass of people who behaved totally uncharacteristically for any prior Trump rally or event, who the media and DOJ seemed wholly unconcerned with going after, and who descended on the Capitol while Trump was still speaking.
Those legitimate Trump voters and supporters who arrived far later didn’t know that all of the barricades, signage, and warnings not to enter the Capitol grounds had been torn down by that vanguard (who, again, didn’t bother to listen to Trump speak at the Ellipse), but none of that mattered to the FBI, DOJ, media, or especially the J6 Committee.
Now that enough time has passed, thousands of lives have been ruined, several J6 defendants committed suicide due to the incredibly aggressive nature of DC prosecutors, the media, and employers who fired them because they bought into the “official narrative,” we should stop and ask the question that nobody seemed concerned with asking:
“Cui bono?”
“Who benefited?”
Did Trump or his voters & supporters benefit from the stopping of the elected GOP House and Senate members who were following the legal procedure to request a 2-week extension to look into the anomalies?
While many of them are happy that he’s in office again, we should remember the relentless nature of the media, DOJ, and DC prosecutors & judges against them.
That question - who benefits - has been a mantra and tool of the wise for millenia.
It is attributed to Lucius Cassius, regarded by the Romans as a most wise and honest judge - because it is a question that gets to “the heart of the matter.”
And yet, it was one that the American public was not allowed to, and was strongly dissuaded from asking about the 2020 election and January 6th.
It is time that it be asked.
Read Emerald’s thread below. I think we’re going to see more about this topic in the near future.

Molly Ball, Time Magazine, and “Election Fortification”
In case finally asking that essential question of cui bono and understanding all that we’ve covered so far doesn’t make you upset, let’s also remember that they rubbed it in everyone’s faces, publicly and in writing, but you weren’t allowed to call attention to it.
And the people who were in the positions to potentially do something about it chose not to mention it or, of course, do anything.
On February 24, 2021, journalist Molly Ball published her article in Time Magazine titled The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election.
With all that we know now, that some have known about for years, I highly suggest that you re-read this article, or read it for the first time if you never did.

Seth Keshel Always Knew - the Data Doesn’t Lie (but politicians & media do)
The US Presidential elections are a contest to determine who gets to sit at the seat of the most powerful military and the richest nation on the planet, and make the decision of how it is run.
Or at least that’s what we used to think, and what we are told is the way that things work.
The lawfare and political hoaxes from 2016-current seem to paint a very different picture than Schoolhouse Rock did when it told American children how things are supposed to work with regard to the USGOV.
Still, whether the position of US President holds the power that we thought, or perhaps is being remade to hold the power that was supposed to be held when envisioned by the Founding Fathers and US Constitution, it is an important election and so there is an enormous amount of data collected about what goes into winning the US Presidential race.
Political consultants and PR teams exist that make their entire livelihoods from US Presidential elections, and their livelihood is good, so there are teams of numbers nerds and data crunchers who look at every single metric concerning these elections.
We went over the “law of large numbers” in the last post for Shitshow Macro, which is a proof which holds that large data sets will show trends and tend to reveal a lot if you know how to work with data.
For the US Presidential election, the data collected over the many years that it has been going on has revealed that there are “bellwether” states and counties in the US election that nearly always go with the winning candidate.
I distinctly remember learning during my honors history class in high school that Ohio has nearly always determined who would win the election. Now, my teacher was from Ohio, so he may have been biased.
That factoid that he taught us is one that election professionals claim as well…so maybe it was more state pride than bias.
For all of the focus that was put on the “swing states” in both 2020 and 2024, there are 5 states that are considered as “bellwethers” in the POTUS election:
Ohio
New Mexico
Florida
Iowa
Missouri
Of these states, Biden only “won” New Mexico in 2020.
Biden also lost 4 out of 10 bellwether counties in the US, which is another aggregate data-based anomaly.
Each of the “swing states” themselves had anomalies. Nobody ever really answered, and we were supposed to forget how each of the swing states shut down voting, in concert and at the same time, without any real comprehensive explanation.
The voting processes are only authorized to be changed by the legislature, yet each of the swing states saw their voting processes changed by other entities or positions.
The “mail in ballot process,” which is globally recognized as the most ripe for fraud, was instituted across the nation. Again, with the benefit of hindsight and time, we know now the explanations given for doing so were fraudulent in themselves.
Many of us with a modicum of common sense or even rudimentary understanding of medical knowledge knew it at the time, but were called conspiracy theorists for stating the obvious.
This is open source and publicly available knowledge (but most don’t know about it), but the USPS has had a system in place for decades that takes pictures of every piece of mail or package that travels through the national postal system.
This is crucial for law enforcement purposes, as one can imagine. It can be used to track suspicious or dangerous packages back to their point of origin.
Do you want to know the only time that process has been shut down nationwide?
Yup. It was shut down when the mail-in ballots started going out and being returned, but was fired back up again after the election.
Weird, huh?
One of the people who knew there was funny business in 2020 right off the bat was Seth Keshel. He’s a former Army Intel officer who loves data, and chose to put his talents to use tracking elections.
When none of the Biden results, or the ultimate election decision, aligned with long-held data and bellwethers for POTUS elections, he started showing the data to anyone and everyone who would listen.
Those who had the power to do anything about it chose not to listen, or to do anything about it.
I believe time will bring vindication to Captain Keshel, and many like him.

All of this may be old news to you. It may be the first time that you’re hearing/reading it, or perhaps you reside somewhere in the middle.
I finished reading my previous book and started reading a new one the night before I finished writing this (it’s taken a couple days), titled The Secret Oral Teachings in Tibetan Buddhist Sects.
No, I’m not becoming a Buddhist, and I’m not interested in it for that reason.
If you haven’t figured it out yet, I cast the widest net possible and seek the oldest sources that I can find for information to learn about the oldest aspects of humanity and their “knowledge.”
In that regard, the content for this book is up there.
The introduction of this book is a summary of the takeaways that the author gained after spending 40 years traveling and living with a Buddhist monk who had undergone these oral teachings in the Tibetan Buddhist philosophy that are taught to the adepts, and part of it is quite germane to this post.
In my summary of the author’s summary, one of the most fundamental precepts of their philosophy is to question everything. Yes, for fans of the X-files show, their mantra is pretty much the same one taught to Buddhist monks of the highest order.
There is a whole outline to that aspect of their philosophy that will go too far off topic, but I wanted to mention it because it is the polar opposite of what has been forced upon the greater American public by the school marm-like browbeating of the US media.
“Don’t you dare ask about that, unless you want to be seen as one of those crazy Qanon conspiracy theory racist insurrectionists!”
Yes, that’s a hyperbolic paraphrasing on my account, but I still feel it’s an accurate hyperbolic paraphrasing in toto.
When the lying liars who lie a lot all lock arms to push the same concerted effort, it should be the reddest of red flags that they are lying to you.
When you know that they are lying to you, it would be wise to ask questions and find ways to discern what they are lying to you about, and why they are lying about it.
Otherwise, all of the effort put into getting Trump into office, and voting out the entities or institutions or Deep State or whatever name you choose for those who got our nation into this mess was all for naught.
If we don’t learn to ask questions - the right questions - more often, we will end up locked down again over totally fraudulent data and nefarious “experts” and the media lackeys who use them to push that cohesive message.
If we don’t learn to ask those right questions, it’s only a matter of time until another election is stolen, rigged, or hijacked, and we get another placeholder puppet in place to put Damage, Inc back in charge.
The Machine may be on life support, but don’t kid yourself - it is still there.
Evil only has its way in darkness, and asking the right questions are how we shine sunlight on it and push it back into its cave or pit where it belongs.
Everyone has their “top wish list” right now for things that they hope the current Trump administration brings to light, but the two that we’ve covered here (the 2020 election and the real story of the actual perpetrators of January 6th) are two that I think will unravel a significant amount of nefarious threads that must be thrust into the sunlight.
I personally believe the two are inexorably linked. I’m willing to be proven wrong - with actual evidence rather than school marm scolding by a media trying to browbeat us away from asking these questions - but I don’t think that I will be.
However, as the wise man once said…
“We shall see.”
I’m terrible at asking others for things, but…
It’s my intention to keep this platform free to read, but with the ability for people to donate if they are so inclined and feel the content here is worth their hard-earned dollars. These posts take quite a bit of time and research, but as I work it into my routine the flash-to-bang on new posts should reduce dramatically.
If you are so inclined and feel this is worth your time to subscribe for updates, share with others, or become a paid member, I’d greatly appreciate it.
Regardless, we’re all in this shitshow together. I’m going to do what I can to help you see the bigger picture and keep your eyes on the things that matter.
Until next time,
